Feat/mobile reputation notification quality - #938

Summary

This PR improves delivery verification, mobile handoff scanning, driver reputation data, and
notification preferences coverage across the SwiftChain frontend.

Changes

Signature Capture and Proof Upload

• Added tests for the signature canvas dimensions and rendering.
• Covered mouse and mobile touch drawing interactions.
• Verified drawing-state tracking, clearing, and PNG data URL generation.
• Added ProofUpload integration coverage.
• Verified delivery proof submission remains disabled until a signature is provided.

Mobile QR Scanner

• Added a mobile-first QR scanner screen for package handoff verification.
• Requests camera permission and displays clear permission and error states.
• Displays a live camera feed with a scan-region overlay.
• Automatically detects and decodes QR codes.
• Shows delivery details after a successful scan.
• Provides manual code entry when scanning is unavailable.

Driver Reviews Hook

• Added useDriverReviews using Axios and TanStack React Query.
• Fetches driver reviews and on-chain reputation scores.
• Supports rating, date-range, and verified-review filters.
• Supports newest, oldest, and highest-rated sorting.
• Returns loading, error, retry, and pagination state.

Notification Preferences Tests

• Added component and hook coverage for grouped notification preferences.
• Covered toggle interactions and saved preference persistence.
• Verified reset-to-default behavior.
• Covered successful save confirmation.
• Added empty, loading, and error states with retry behavior.

Validation

• Signature drawing, clearing, saving, and touch interactions are covered.
• ProofUpload signature validation is covered.
• QR permission, scanning, success, error, and manual-entry flows are covered.
• Driver review filtering, sorting, reputation, and pagination behavior are covered.
• Notification preference rendering, saving, reset, empty state, and retry behavior are covered.
